Megan is a dear friend of mine from college and while we don’t always stay connected, when we catch up it’s like we were never apart. It was my great JOY to capture her day as she has been waiting a long time to call Mark her husband. All week and up to the day of the wedding the forecast called for thunder storms and hail all day for her wedding date. But, we serve a mighty God and we called upon Him faithfully and asked for dry skies for photos. God came through, as you can see, and held the rain off. When I snapped the last photo right before their reception the first drop fell. It was miraculous and a true testament to the power of faith and prayer! When you pray without seizing and full of belief you can change things. She couldn’t have had a more perfect day or found a more perfect man. They were the first wedding held at the Historic Ashland grounds in Wrightsville, PA and this place is amazing! Megan walked down the aisle in her mothers dress which was re-worked to become her own, so many simple details that reflect who Mark and Megan are, simple and classic. These two are full of love and care for one another and all those around them. They are genuine, giving, and humble. I couldn’t be more thrilled for them and all that is to come! Enjoy!
